Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) at Jaipuria Lucknow is a full-time doctoral programme which focuses on quality research through the continuous mentoring process. Participants can choose their specialisations from Marketing, Operations Management, General Management & Strategy, Finance, Information Technology, Economics & Public policy, Human Resources Management & Organisational Behaviour and Decision Sciences & Business Analytics.
The main highlights of the FPM programme at Jaipuria Lucknow are as follows:
- The minimum eligibility for the doctoral programme is a two year Master’s degree or five-year Integrated Master’s degree programme in any discipline from a recognized institution/university.
- Candidates must have scored minimum 60 percent marks in the qualifying degree.
- Shortlisted candidates will have to appear for the Jaipuria Fellow Programme in Management Aptitude Test (JFPMAT) and personal interview.
- The final selection will be based on the scores of the JFPMAT, research proposal, evaluation of past academic performance, research interest, relevant work experience and performance in the personal interview.
