B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
B.E. in Mechanical Engineering is a four year undergraduate programme offered by the University Institute of Engineering and Technology, Panjab University. The minimum eligibility for the course is passed in the 10+2 level examination from a recognized board of India. The main highlights of the programme are given below.
- Candidates should have a valid score in JEE Main examination conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA).
- Candidates willing to apply for B.E. in Mechanical Engineering must have passed the 10+2 examination.
- In the 10+2 level, candidates must have PCM/PCMB as subject combinations.
- Candidates must register themselves to Joint Admision Committee (JAC) Chandigarh for the counselling process.
- The B.E. in Mechanical Engineering is provided for 97 seats. Out of this, 4 seats are reserved EWS, 8 for NRIs and 4 for foreign nationals.
