Kerala PSC Result 2024: The Kerala Public Service Commission (KPSC) releases the Kerala PSC result on its official website. Candidates who appeared for the examination will be able to check their results using their credentials like roll number, registration number, and date of birth. Students must pass each stage of the selection process to finally be recruited under the Kerala Administrative Services (KAS). 

The Kerala Public Service Commission (KPSC) releases the result separately for prelims, mains, and the interview round. The final result is released on the basis of marks obtained by candidates in the mains examination and the interview round. Kerala PSC preliminary examination is qualifying in nature, so the marks obtained in the prelims are not taken into account for the final merit list.

Kerala PSC Result 2024

The Kerala PSC KAS exam selection process consists of three stages: Prelims, Mains & Interview. The Kerala PSC result 2024 is released separately for all three stages of the selection process. The final merit list is prepared after the interview round. Candidates who are selected in the final merit list are allotted the post they applied for as per the rank obtained by them.

The Kerala PSC result is released in the form a PDF containing the roll numbers of selected candidates.

• Visit the official website of the Kerala Public Service Commission (KPSC).
• Click on the Kerala PSC KAS Result 2024 link available on the homepage
• Upon clicking the link, a PDF will be displayed
• Check your roll number in the PDF using Ctrl+F
• If the roll number is mentioned in the PDF, then it means that the candidate is selected.
• Download and save the PDF for future reference.

Note: Admission to the preliminary/main examination/interview round does not grant any entitlement to employment. As a result, the candidature is temporary at all stages, and the Selection Commission reserves the right to decline candidature at any point of the selection process, even after the advise has been issued.

Kerala PSC Result 2024: Probation Period

• After the declaration of the final result, selected candidates serve the probation period for a total of 2 years. 
• The probation term begins on the day the person reports for duty. 
• The probation term must be accomplished within a three-year period, incorporating any training that may be given. 
• The person's performance and suitability for the role will be examined during the probation term. 
• This assessment is often undertaken to analyse their talents, abilities, and compliance with the organization's norms and laws. 
• Based on their performance throughout the period of probation, a decision will be made about the person's affirmation in the position, extension of probation, or dismissal of service.

Kerala PSC Result 2024: Training Period

• Every candidate recruited for the job of Junior Time Scale in the Kerala Administrative Service (KAS) must complete an 18-month intensive training programme. 
• This training seeks to provide the designated individuals with the required skills, knowledge, and competence to properly carry out their organisational obligations.
• Delegates participate in a variety of educational modules, practical tasks, and hands-on tasks meant to improve their grasp of administrative processes, management concepts, and ethics in the public sector during the period of training. 
• The intensive training guarantees that KAS officers are adequately prepared to manage the complexity of their responsibilities while adding to the administrative machinery's effective operation.

Kerala PSC Result 2024: Departmental Examinations

After the successful completion of the probationary period, candidates appointed as KAS officers (Junior Time Scale) who have not studied the Malayalam language at the metric level will be asked to take the Malayalam proficiency test along with other departmental examinations.

Candidates must pass these departmental tests and Malayalam proficiency tests in order to confirm their eligibility for the posts.
