CUET 2023 Counselling: Check Expected Dates, Spot Admission, and Documents Required

CUET Counselling 2023: After the declaration of the CUET result, selected candidates are called for the counselling round. Each participating institute conducts its own counselling round for final admission. The CUET counselling dates are yet to be announced by the National Testing Agency (NTA). However, it is expected that it will be conducted tentatively in July/August 2023.

Candidates who pass the exam will be called for the counselling round. The session will include a document verification process following which seats will be allocated to candidates based on their preference of courses.  After the declaration of the CUET exam result, participating universities will release the admission form on their official website. The CUET 2023 result will be announced tentatively in June/July 2023. NTA may also release the CUET cutoff along with the result. Although the NTA did not release the cutoff last year, it is expected that the cutoff will be released along with the results this year.

The steps of the CUET 2023 counselling procedure will be as follows:

• Each participating institute will publish its own rank list of individuals who qualify to take part in the CUET 2023 counselling procedure.
• Candidates must register online, show up for online counselling, and then attend offline counselling.
• Candidates must pay the admission fee and show up at the institutes to receive the admission offer when seats are allotted.

Documents Required for CUET Counselling

During the counselling process, candidates are required to submit the following documents:

• Class X Marksheet
• Class XII Marksheet
• Caste Certificate (if applicable)
• CUET Scorecard
• CUET Admit Card
• Photocopies of all original documents mentioned above

CUET Spot Admission

After the counselling round is completed, participants will be called for spot admission if seats remain vacant. Candidates must pay particular attention to the official website of the participating universities for the latest information on spot admission. In order to participate in the CUET spot admission 2023, individuals must physically visit the university campus to get their documents verified.
