AP POLYCET Counselling 2025: The State Board of Technical Education and Training (SBTET), Andhra Pradesh has published the AP POLYCET seat allotment result on July 10, 2025. Candidates who have been allotted seats can self report till July 14, 2025. Candidates can participate in the counselling process through the official website - appolycet.nic.in. The counselling process involves various steps - registration, payment of processing fee, option entry and seat alottment.

The decentralised certificate verification process for qualified candidates is conducted according to the ranks secured. The choices for preferred colleges can be filled through the official website - appolycet.nic.in. Following the announcement of AP POLYCET 2025 result, a notice will be released by the board inviting students to participate in certificate verification and option entry. Information regarding web-based counselling and venues for certificate verification will be accessible on the official AP POLYCET website. The AP POLYCET results were released on May 14, 2025.

After allotment of seats, candidates can complete the self-reporting process within the specified deadline. Self-reporting includes uploading required documents and payment of admission fee. Further, candidates will be required to report to the allotted institute to confirm their admission.

AP POLYCET Seat Allotment 2025

The seat allotment process for AP POLYCET 2025 will be conducted by the State Board of Technical Education and Training (SBTET). For each phase of counselling, the seat allotment result will be released at their official website - appolycet.nic.in. The AP POLYCET 2025 seat allotment is based on the rank obtained by candidates in the AP POLYCET examination, seat availability, category reservation (if applicable), and the choices/preferences filled by the candidates during the option entry process.

Candidates can view their allotment status by logging in with their credentials. Candidates who have been allotted seats must confirm their admission by self-joining and reporting to the assigned college. Failure to confirm admission by the deadline will result in seat cancellation.

AP POLYCET 2025 Counselling Process

Eligible candidates with a valid rank can participate in the AP POLYCET counselling process which involves the following steps: 

Step 1: Candidates are required to register themselves at the official website and pay the processing fee for the counselling process.

Step 2: Eligible candidates must submit required documents for verification at the designated venue and participate in the option entry process.

Step 3: During the verification and option entry process, candidates will be informed about the web counselling procedure. 

Step 4: On completion of the verification and option entry process, candidates will be able to select preferred courses and colleges online. It is advisable to keep a printout of the options selected by the candidates to keep a record of preference. 

Step 5: Choices submitted on the final day of counselling will be locked and used for allotment processing.

Step 6: Seat allotment will be based on a computer program, taking into account the candidate's merit across all applicable reservation categories with the best available seats.

Step 7: Candidates who are allotted seats must download the allotment order.

Step 8: After receiving their allotted seats, candidates satisfied with the selection must complete online reporting and finalise admission procedures at the designated institute. 

AP POLYCET Counselling 2025: Documents Required

Candidates participating in AP POLYCET 2025 Counselling need to ensure they have the following documents for verification:

• AP POLYCET Rank Card
• AP POLYCET Hall Ticket
• SSC or equivalent mark sheet
• Caste Certificate (if applicable)
• Income Certificate (for fee reimbursement)
• Aadhar Card
• Residence Certificate of either of parents in Andhra Pradesh for a period of 10 years
• Other relevant documents as specified by the authorities.
