AP ECET Counselling 2025: Dates, Seat Allotment, Certificate Verification, Registration Process

AP ECET Counselling Dates 2025: JNTU, on behalf of APSCHE will release the counselling schedule for candidates who qualify the AP ECET exam. The complete schedule will be released at cets.apsche.ap.gov.in along with the notification which will have details regarding eligibility to apply for AP ECET Counselling, steps to register, seat allotment process, and how to self report to the allotted college.

Self reporting entails uploading necessary documents and payment of admission fee. To confirm their admission, students shall report to the designated institute within the stipulated time frame.

Students qualifying in the AP ECET 2025 are eligible to participate in the web counselling process. Candidates can download the official counselling notification for the final round of counselling (last year) from the link provided below.

The AP ECET counselling dates for the first round of counselling are provided in the table below.

AP ECET Counselling 2025 - How to Register? 

Candidates must qualify with a minimum of 50 marks out of 200, that is, 25% of the total marks to be eligible for the AP ECET counselling. Candidates can register for the AP ECET counselling by following these steps: 

• Visit the official website - cets.apsche.ap.gov.in
• Click on the AP ECET 2025 counselling tab
• Select the 'Candidate Registration' link and enter your details
• Login using your credentials such as ECET hall ticket number and date of birth
• Fill out the required information and verify the details 
• Select the helpline centre and click on submit
• Pay the processing fee for web counselling
• Download and take a printout of the fee payment slip for future reference

AP ECET Counselling Fee 2025

Students registering for the AP ECET counselling 2025 must pay the requisite fees in order to book their seats for counselling. 

AP ECET Seat Allotment 2025

The results for AP ECET seat allotment will be released likely in July 2025 along with detailed instructions for options entry. Candidates can visit the official website - ecet-sche.aptonline.in to check the status of allotted seats. 

AP ECET Spot Round 2025

AP ECET spot counselling round will be conducted after the conclusion of the AP ECET counselling process in order to fill the vacant seats. The number of the vacant seats will be uploaded on the website, candidates then can register themselves for the AP ECET spot counselling round. 

AP ECET Spot Round Fee 2025

Candidates appearing for the  AP ECET spot counselling round 2025 will have to pay a certain amount in order to be eligible to sit for the counselling. 

AP ECET Counselling 2025 - Required Documents 

Candidates have to upload the following documents for registration during the AP ECET counselling:

• SSC marks memo
• Diploma/ Degree marks memo 
• VII class to Diploma study certificates for Diploma Holders (or) IX to Degree study certificates for B.Sc (Maths) degree holders 
• Caste Certificate 
• Transfer Certificate (T.C.) 
• Income Certificate issued on or after January 1, 2021 for claiming tuition fee reimbursement 
• Local status certificate (if applicable) 
• EWS certificate valid for the year 2025-26 from MeeSeva, for OC candidates who want to claim reservation under EWS category. 
• Residence Certificate (for private studied candidates) 

NOTE: Candidates are required to carry all the original certificates and their xerox copies on the day of document verification at the notified helpline centres.
