For non-PwBD candidates, UPSC CMS qualifying marks are set at 25% (for each paper), while for PwBD candidates, the qualifying marks are 10%. In spite of this, achieving qualifying marks does not guarantee that candidate will be called for an interview. To appear for the interview/personality test, candidates must score above UPSC CMS cut-off marks.
