UPSC CMS Application Form 2025: The Union Public Service Commission has announced the exam and application dates for UPSC CMS 2025 session. As per the schedule, the application window will open on February 19, 2025 and conclude on March 11, 2025. The registration will commence after the release of exam notification.  

After the application process is closed, UPSC will open the application form correction window on the official website. Candidates will be able to make changes in their application form details. 

Those who successfully register online for the exam will be eligible to get their UPSC CMS Admit Card. As per the schedule, UPSC CMS exam is going to be conducted on July 20, 2025.

UPSC CMS Registration 2025: How to apply?

The application window for UPSC CMS examination will open after the release of the exam notification. Candidates can follow the given steps to fill the UPSC CMS application form 2025. 

Step 1: Candidates need to go the official website of UPSC 

Step 2: On the homepage, candidates need to look for the link that reads  ‘Online application for various examinations of UPSC’

Step 3: Now, candidates need to look for 'Part 1 Registration' 

UPSC CMS 2025 Part-I Registration

Candidates have to read the given instructions and click on the 'Yes' button accordingly. 

After that, candidates have to enter the asked details including: 

• Gender
• DOB
• Nationality 
• Candidate's ID Proof and ID Number 
• Candidate's Name 
• Candidate's Parents' Name 
• Marital Status 
• Educational Qualification
• Email ID 
• Address
• Phone Number 

Once the candidates have added all the details, then they have to click on 'Save and Continue' 

After all the steps are done, students have to make the fee payment 

Later, candidates have to select the ‘Exam Center’ and click on ‘Continue’

Now, in another step, candidates have to upload a scanned copy of their photo, signature and photo ID card -- click on submit 

With this, students will receive a  Registration ID on their registered email ID. 

UPSC CMS 2025 Part 2 Registration

• Now, candidates are required to enter the following details including their registration number, date of birth, and captcha code from the image given on the screen.
• Once all the information has been entered, candidates need to click on enter. 

UPSC CMS Application 2025: Documents Required 

Another major step for candidates filling the application form is to upload the required documents. Hence, candidates can take a look at the list of important documents they need to upload while filling the UPSC CM application form 2025.

• Candidate's scanned photos and signatures 
• Candidate's mark sheet and amdit card of both Matric and Inter
• Bank Details 
• ID card in PDF format 

NOTE: The scanned photo of the candidates should have a file size between 3KB-40KB. On the other hand, the signature should be of file size between 1KB - 40KB. 

UPSC CMS Application Fee 2025

The last process in order to complete the application form is to pay the UPSC CMS application fee. Candidates must note that the application fee for different categories varies. 

NOTE: Those students who will pay the UPSC CMS application fee in cash are required to take a prin the system-generated ‘Pay-in slip’ during the first part of registration.
