Siksh 'O' Anusandhan offers various undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, and Ph.D. programs. The flagship courses of the SOA University  are B.Sc, BBA, BA, M.Sc, M.A, M.Tech, MCA. While B.Tech, MTech, and BDS.

SOA University admissions for almost all the courses are based on the extrance exam, SAAT (Siksha O Anusandhan Admission Test) conducted by the University. The scores of national level exams such as CAT, MAT, CLAT, GATE, JEE, NEET are also accepted for the undergraduate ans post graduate admissions. 

Candidates willing to apply for UG and PG admissions must also fulfill the basic eligibility criteria for admission. The minimum eigibility for the UG courses is at least 50% marks in 10+2 level examination in the relevant discipline. While for PG courses candidates must be a graduate with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in relevant subjects. However, candidates must check the eligibility criteria on the official website of the university as it may vary for some of the courses.
