NIT Meghalaya Courses: Eligibility, Seat-matrix , Fee structure, Placement statistics and Selection criteria

National Institute of Technology Meghalaya offers BTech programmes at the undergraduate level, MTech and MSc programmes at the postgraduate level and full- time PhD programmes by all the departments of the engineering, science and humanities. 

B.Tech is the flagship programme of the NIT Meghalaya.The Institute is currently offering B.Tech Programme in the five disciplines, namely, Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical Engineering (EE), Mechanical Engineering (ME) and Civil Engineering (CE). 

Admission to the Bachelor of Technology Programme (B.Tech) is conducted on the basis of valid JEE Main scores and through the joint seat allocations made by Joint Seat allocation Authority (JoSSA)/CSAB. Similarly, MTech and MSc admissions are based on GATE and IIT-JAM scores respectively. The centralised counselling for the MTech programme is CCMT and CCMN for MSc.
