Post Graduate Programme in Management for Executives (PGPEx)
Post Graduate Programme in Management for Executives (PGPEx) at IIM Shillong is a full time, one-year residential programme for the candidates who have some corporate experience, intellectual curiosity, and international ambition.On successful completion of the 12-months PGP course, students are awarded a Master of Business Administration(MBA) degree.
The main highlights of the PGP programme at IIM Shillong are as follows:
- Candidates willing to apply for the PGP admission at IIM Shillong must have a valid score in CAT/GMAT.
- The minimum eligibility for the course is a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution/university.
- Candidates must have scored at least 50% marks in the qualifying degree. There are some exemptions for the reserved categories.
- They must also have minimum 5 years of full time work experience after bachelor's degree.
- Based on the CAT percentile, candidates are shortlisted for the Personal Interview (PI) process.
- The candidates, who have scored more than or equal to the Minimum Performance Requirement (MPR) in the PI, will be considered for the final merit list for the PGP Admission.
- The Academic profile and the work experience of the candidates are also taken into consideration while preparing the merit list.

The total fees for the PGPEx course at IIM Shillong is INR 22,76,500. The fee payment is on the per term basis. There are a total of three terms. For PGPEx admission at IIM Shillong, candidates must have:
- A valid CAT / GMAT Score
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution
- Scored 50% or above in the qualifying degree
