IIM Ranchi: Admissions, Placements and Course Fee

Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management (MBA-HRM) at IIM Ranchi is a full time, two-year residential programme of the institute. The programme balance the concerns of organisations with those of employees on the one hand and present a systemic view of human resource practices on the other.

The main highlights of the MBA-HRM programme at IIM Ranchi are as follows:

• Candidates willing to apply for the MBA-HRM admission at IIM Ranchi must have a valid score in CAT.
• The minimum eligibility for the course is a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution/university.
• Candidates must have scored at least 50% marks in the qualifying degree. There are some exemptions for the reserved categories.
• Based on the CAT percentile, candidates are shortlisted for the Personal Interview (PI) process. 
• The candidates, who have scored more than or equal to the Minimum Performance Requirement (MPR) in the PI, will be considered for the final merit list for the MBA-HRM Admission.
• The Academic profile and the work experience of the candidates are also taken into consideration while preparing the merit list.
