IIM Ranchi: Admissions, Placements and Course Fee

Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) at IIM Ranchi is a full time, two-year residential flagship programme of the institute. This programme has a hybrid course delivery mode, broadly a blend of online and residential modules. Each term starts with an online module which is organised on weekends only. This enables participants to take care of their professional / work engagements during the weekdays.

The main highlights of the MBA programme at IIM Ranchi are as follows:

• Candidates willing to apply for the MBA admission at IIM Ranchi must have a minimum three year of full time work experience.
• The minimum eligibility for the course is a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution/university.
• Candidates must have scored at least 50% marks in the qualifying degree. There are some exemptions for the reserved categories.
• Based on the eligibility, candidates are shortlisted for the Personal Interview (PI) process. 
• The candidates, who have scored more than or equal to the Minimum Performance Requirement (MPR) in the PI, will be considered for the final merit list for the MBA Admission.
• The Academic profile and the work experience of the candidates are also taken into consideration while preparing the merit list.
