UPSSSC PET Admit Card 2026: The UPSSSC PET is a state civil service examination conducted by Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) in order to appoint various Group C and Group D posts. The Admit Card for UPSSSC PET 2026 Exam will be released on the official UPSSSC website - upsssc.gov.in. Candidates should note that only those who successfully register for the UPSSSC PET Exam 2026 can download their UPSSSC PET admit card, once released online. 

The UPSSSC admit card consists of several important details about the candidates, including the candidate’s name, DOB, category, signature and other details. Candidates appearing for the UPSSSC PET exam will have to carry their hall ticket to the exam venue. Without the admit card, candidates will not be allowed to enter the exam hall.

Candidates must be aware that the UPSSSC exam has two stages: prelims and mains. Candidates are required to clear both stages in order to qualify for the examination and get recruited to the post for which they have applied. UPSSSC PET Admit Card 2026

UPSSSC PET admit card is released on the official website. Candidates who will be appearing for the exam should have their admit card with them in order to enter the examination hall. The UPSSSC admit card is an essential document that is necessary for candidates to bring to the exam hall. The hall ticket for the UPSSSC PET exam is usually released a week before the commencement of the examination. Hence, once the exam dates are released, candidates are advised to keep a close eye on the official website for the hall tickets. Last year, the admit card was released on September 1.

There are cases when the hall ticket contains misinformation about the candidate in their name, dob or any other such details. Then, in that case, candidates should immediately report to the exam conducting authorities and get the error rectified. 

UPSSSC PET Admit Card 2026: How to download?

The UPSSSC PET admit card is released on the official website, and candidates can download the hall tickets by entering their roll number and Date of birth (DOB). Once the admit card is released, candidates can download the hall tickets by following the given steps. 

Step 1: Go to the official website of the UPSSSC PET 

Step 2: On the homepage, candidates will be able to see a link  “Live Advertisement” Section -- click on that 

Step 3: Now, candidates need to tap on that notification which mentions “Download UPSSSC PET Admit Card 2026" 

Step 4: Now, a new page will open on the candidate's screen 

Step 5: Once a new page opens, candidates need to enter the asked details including  number, Date of Birth, and Gender

Step 6: After entering the details candidates have to enter the captcha present on the screen 

Step 7: Once done, candidates will be able to see their UPSSSC PET admit card

Step 8: Download the hall ticket and check the details of the UPSSSC PET admit card 2026.

UPSSSC Exam Day Guidelines: Documents to carry

Candidates must bring other documents to the exam hall in addition to their UPSSSC PET admit card. In order to confirm that the candidate is the same person who is taking the exam, candidates are required to bring government-authorised documents. UPSSSC PET Admit Card 2026: In case of discrepancy

There are times when the UPSSSC PET admit card has mistakes in the name, Date of birth (DOB) or any other detail that is mentioned on the hall ticket. In that case, candidates are required to immediately report the discrepancy to the authorities in order to get those errors rectified. Further, if the candidate does not get the errors rectified, they will not be allowed to enter the examination hall. UPSSSC PET Exam 2026: General instructions

There is a set of instructions that is mentioned on the hall ticket that a candidate is required to follow on the exam day. Since exam day is considered the big day, candidates should carefully read the exam day instructions. • When entering the exam centre, candidates must have their UPSSSC PET admit card in hand. The applicant won't be able to enter the exam hall without their hall ticket. 
• Candidates are recommended to be at the exam centre at least one hour prior to the start of the exam. 
• Candidates should take care of their own luggage as the exam-conducting body will not be responsible if the luggage of the candidate gets misplaced. 
• Any electronic equipment, including cell phones, pagers, Bluetooth devices, smartwatches, and similar gadgets, is prohibited within the exam room. 
• Candidates must bring both their original picture ID and a photocopy of their admit card to the exam.
