TJEE 2025: Dates, Eligibility Criteria, Registration, Admit Card, Exam Pattern, Syllabus, Answer Key & Result

The Tripura Board of Joint Entrance Examination (TBJEE) organises the Tripura Joint Entrance Examination (TJEE) 2025 annually, providing aspiring candidates with an opportunity to gain admission into various undergraduate professional degree programs. TJEE is a gateway for students seeking admission to courses in fields like Engineering, Technology, Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Fisheries, Paramedical, and more across institutions in Tripura. The exam is conducted in four subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology. 

TJEE 2025 will be held in an offline (pen-and-paper) format, with students required to appear for relevant subject papers based on their chosen field of study. The exam will consist of multiple-choice questions (MCQs) to assess the candidates' aptitude and knowledge. Candidates who qualify the entrance exam will be eligible for the counselling process, where seat allotment will take place based on merit and preferences.

TJEE 2025 Dates 

There have been no official announcements regarding the TJEE 2025 schedule by TBJEE as of yet but candidates can refer to the tentative TJEE 2025 Dates below. 

TJEE 2025: Registration 

The TJEE Application Form 2025 will be released on tbjee.nic.in tentatively in February 2025. In order to appear for the exam, candidates must fill the registration form and pay the application fee set by TBJEE. The TJEE Application Fee can be paid online using Debit/Credit card or via Netbanking. Male candidates belonging to General category must pay INR 550/- whereas those belonging to SC/ST must pay INR 450/-. The registration fee for all female and BPL candidates is INR 350/-. To complete the TJEE Registration 2025, candidates can follow the steps given below.

• Visit tbjee.nic.in and register using a valid email id and mobile number. 
• After registration, candidates must set up their profile and upload scanned copies of documents such as a recent photograph, signatures, etc. 
• Then, fill in the required details of the application form such as qualification details, address, exam venue, etc. 
• After entering all the details, candidates must submit the form and pay the application fee using any online payment method.
• Candidates are advised to download the submitted TJEE Application Form for future reference. 

TJEE 2025: Eligibility Criteria 

The eligibility criteria set by TBJEE majorly includes aspects like nationality, domicile and educational qualifications. Candidates who fulfil the eligibility conditions will be allowed to appear for TJEE 2025. 

To take the TJEE 2025, candidates must: 

• Be a citizen of India.
• Be a permanent resident of Tripura or have their parents residing in Tripura for no less than 10 years.
• Passed or appeared in Higher Secondary Examination of Tripura Board of Secondary Education/Central Board of Secondary Education or equivalent examination.

TJEE 2025: Admit Card 

The TJEE 2025 Admit Card is a crucial document that will be issued a few weeks prior to the exam, tentatively in April 2025. Candidates must visit the official TBJEE website, tbjee.nic.in, and log in using their registration number and password to download the admit card. Only those who have successfully completed the registration process and paid the application fee will be eligible to access and download the hall ticket.

The admit card contains important information such as the candidate's name, roll number, photograph, exam date and time, exam centre address, and essential instructions for the examination day. It is mandatory for candidates to carry the admit card, along with a valid photo ID proof, to the exam centre. Without these documents, entry to the examination hall will not be permitted. 

Candidates are advised to carefully check all the details on the admit card for any discrepancies and report any issues to the TBJEE authorities for correction. Furthermore, they should follow all guidelines mentioned on the admit card, such as reporting time and prohibited items. It's recommended to download the admit card early to avoid last-minute technical issues and ensure smooth entry to the exam.

TJEE 2025: Exam Pattern 

The TJEE 2025 exam pattern consists of multiple-choice questions (MCQs) divided into three key subjects: Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology, depending on the candidate's chosen field. Each subject is conducted in a separate session, with 30 questions per subject, carrying 4 marks each. The exam will be held in offline mode (pen-and-paper) and is designed to test the candidate's conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills. For every incorrect answer, there will be a deduction of 1 mark as part of the negative marking scheme. The duration for each subject paper is 90 minutes.

TJEE 2025: Syllabus 

The TJEE 2025 syllabus is based on the Tripura Board of Secondary Education (TBSE) curriculum, covering topics from Classes 11 and 12 in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology. 

• Physics includes topics like mechanics, heat and thermodynamics, waves, optics, electricity, and magnetism.
• Chemistry covers physical, organic, and inorganic chemistry topics, including atomic structure, chemical bonding, thermodynamics, equilibrium, hydrocarbons, and coordination compounds.
• Mathematics focuses on algebra, trigonometry, calculus, probability, and vectors.
• Biology comprises sections on botany and zoology, including topics like cell biology, genetics, evolution, plant physiology, and human anatomy.

Candidates should refer to the official syllabus provided by TBJEE to ensure they cover all essential topics.

TJEE 2025: Answer Key 

The TJEE 2025 answer key is expected to be released by the Tripura Board of Joint Entrance Examination (TBJEE) in the first week of May 2025. The official link to download the TJEE 2025 answer key PDF will be made available on the TBJEE website, tbjee.nic.in. Candidates who appeared for the exam can use this answer key to cross-check their answers and calculate their probable scores before the official result is declared.

Initially, a preliminary answer key will be published, and candidates will have the opportunity to raise objections if they find any discrepancies or errors. After reviewing the objections, TBJEE will release the final TJEE 2025 answer key which can not be further challenged. 

TJEE 2025: Result 

The TJEE 2025 Result will be announced by the Tripura Board of Joint Entrance Examination (TBJEE) on their official website, tbjee.nic.in. To access the result, candidates must log in using their roll number and date of birth. The result will display the candidate's marks and rank obtained in the Tripura Joint Entrance Examination. The exact date for the result declaration will be posted online by the authorities. 

Along with the TJEE 2025 result, the merit list will also be released, listing candidates based on their performance. Those who qualify will be eligible to participate in the counselling process for seat allotment.
