Fellow Program in Management (FPM)

Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) at SPJIMR Mumbai is a full-time, doctoral level programme in management offered for a duration of four years. The programme is designed to create world-class researchers and faculty in various management disciplines. 

The main highlights of the FPM programme at SPJIMR Mumbai are as follows:

  • Candidates willing to apply for admission to the programme must clear the two-stage interview process – Research Aptitude Test (RAT) and Personal Interviews.
  • The minimum eligibility for the course is a two year Master’s degree or five-year Integrated Master’s degree programme in any discipline from a recognized institution/university.
  • Candidates must have scored minimum 60 percent marks in the qualifying degree.
  • Professional qualifications like CA, ICWA, CS (with at least 60% marks) are also accepted as minimum qualifications.
  • Candidates with or without work experience are eligible for the doctoral programme.
  • Based on the academic qualifications, work experience, profile, motivation, recommendations and fit with the institute’s research profile and its mission, candidates are shortlisted for the two-stage interview process – Research Aptitude Test (RAT) and Personal Interviews.
  • The FPM programme is a fully-funded residential programme. Every scholar admitted to the full-time programme receives a stipend for the first four years of the programme.
