Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who have a valid Certificate of Competency issued by the D.G Shipping OR Have valid Certificate of Proficiency issued by Ministry of Communication (WPC Wing). are eligible to apply.
Candidate must have undergone 2 weeks of practical training on GMDSS equipment in an Institute approved by the Ministry of Communications, New Delhi.
