Institute of Information Technology, Sonepat offers undergraduate and doctoral level courses to students in areas of engineering and technology. The main courses offered are BTech in Computer Science and Engineering and Information Technology and PhD in Engineering and Humanities.
Admission to the BTech at IIIT Sonepat is based on the scores of JEE Main exams conducted by NTA. The seats for the BTech programmes are allocated through JoSAA or CSAB counselling. PhD Admissions are based on the scores of the national level entrance examinations. The institute also conducts Personal Interviews for selecting from the shortlisted candidates.
