JKBOSE 12th Result 2025: Direct Link to check Jammu and Kashmir Class 12 Result

JKBOSE Class 12th Result 2025 is expected to announce the JKBOSE 12th result on June 6, 2025 (tentative). However, there's no official confirmation regarding the result release date yet. The JKBOSE Board officials will notify the result announcement date before announcing the JKBOSE results for class 12. The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) will release the JKBOSE results for soft and hard zone areas in online mode. 

Students can check their scores through the official website - jkbose.nic.in. Once released, students can click on the result link and login using their credentials to download their mark sheets.The JKBOSE 12th result 2025 includes details about the student’s performance in the JKBOSE class 12 exam 2025. Further, it comprises additional information such as the student’s details, chosen stream, date, obtained marks etc.

Students must follow the below-mentioned steps to access their JKBOSE 12th result online.

Step 2: After this, click on the result link available on the homepage

Step 3: Select 'Jammu Division' or 'Kashmir Division' based on your location

Step 4: Students need to fill out their roll number, registration number and security captcha code in the login window

Step 5: After submitting the details, the JKBOSE 12th result 2025 will be displayed on the screen

Step 6: Students must check their obtained scores and download/print the result for future use

JKBOSE 12th Result 2025: Grading System

Students will be awarded certain grades based on their performance in the JKBOSE exams. According to the percentage acquired by students, they will be given grades. A grade below D will signify that the applicant has failed the exam. A percentage below 33% would mean that the student must re-attempt the paper. Check the table below for more information-

Note: Candidates need a minimum of 33% to pass the JKBOSE 12th exam. Those who fail the paper will have to sit for JKBOSE supplementary exams.

JKBOSE 12th Result 2025: Supplementary Exams

For students who did not qualify the standard 12th board examination on the first attempt, the Jammu and Kashmir Board will conduct supplementary exams. These exams are usually scheduled a few weeks after the declaration of the regular JKBOSE 12th class result.

The exam pattern and JKBOSE syllabus for the supplementary exams will remain the same. To appear for the JKBOSE 12th supplementary exam, students need to submit an application form along with the required fees. Students are advised to visit the official JKBOSE website for the most recent details as the application process and fee structure for the same may change from year to year.

Students who are not satisfied with their scores can apply for the re-valuation process in order to improve their scores. They need to register themselves for the JKBOSE class 12th revaluation through the official website. Check the image of the login window below:

• After the announcement of the JKBOSE class 12th result, students will be able to fill out the re-evaluation application form on the official website.
• This will only be applicable to students who score below 20% on the exam
• A sum of fees (currently Rs 495) will be charged to get the exam paper re-checked
• The final result for the re-checked papers will be declared by July 2025 (Expected)

In 2023, the Jammu and Kashmir Board released the JK Board 12th result on June 9, 2023. As per the released data, 1,27,636 students registered, of which 82,441 passed with a pass percentage of 65%.
