JKBOSE Class 12th Result 2025: The Thlog ine Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has announced the JKBOSE 12th Summer Zone Result 2026 on April 22, 2026. Students who appeared for the board exam can check their scores through the official website - jkbose.nic.in. Students can click on the result link and login using their credentials to download their mark sheets. The Jammu Kashmir board releases the JKBOSE results for soft and hard zone areas in online mode. The JKBOSE 12th result 2026 includes details about the student’s performance in the JKBOSE class 12 exam 2026. Further, it comprises additional information such as the student’s details, chosen stream, date, obtained marks, etc.

Apart from the official result website, students can also check their JKBOSE result 2026 via SMS and DigiLocker applications. To check the JKBOSE results for class 12 exams through the SMS application, students need to type a text message in this format - “JKBOSE12” and then send this to the given number - 5676750. The JKBOSE 12th result 2026 will be displayed in the form of an SMS alert.  

Students who do not achieve the minimum passing marks in their JKBOSE class 12th exams will be required to appear in supplementary exams. The Jammu and Kashmir board will release details about JKBOSE supplementary exams soon after the result is declared.

Step 2: After this, click on the result link available on the homepage

Step 3: Select 'Jammu Division' or 'Kashmir Division' based on your location

Step 4: Students need to fill out their roll number, registration number and security captcha code in the login window

Step 5: After submitting the details, the JKBOSE 12th result 2026 will be displayed on the screen

JKBOSE 12th Result 2026: Grading System

Students will be awarded certain grades based on their performance in the JKBOSE exams. According to the percentage acquired by students, they will be given grades. A grade below D will signify that the applicant has failed the exam. A percentage below 33% would mean that the student must re-attempt the paper. Check the table below for more information-

Note: Candidates need a minimum of 33% to pass the JKBOSE 12th exam. Those who fail the paper will have to sit for JKBOSE supplementary exams.

Pass Percentage by Gender 

Girls outperformed boys in JKBOSE 12th exams, last year. The pass percentage for girls eas recorded at 80%. Meanwhile, boys recorded a 69% pass rate.

JKBOSE 12th Result 2026: Supplementary Exams

For students who did not qualify the standard 12th board examination on the first attempt, the Jammu and Kashmir Board will conduct supplementary exams. These exams are usually scheduled a few weeks after the declaration of the regular JKBOSE 12th class result.

The exam pattern and JKBOSE syllabus for the supplementary exams will remain the same. To appear for the JKBOSE 12th supplementary exam, students need to submit an application form along with the required fees. Students are advised to visit the official JKBOSE website for the most recent details as the application process and fee structure for the same may change from year to year.

JKBOSE 12th Result 2026: Re-evaluation Process

• The final result for the re-checked papers will be declared by July 2026 (Expected)
