Candidate must have acquired “O” or higher level certificate from DOEACC (NIELIT) that is controlled by the Department of Electronics, Government of India

Candidate must have acquired a certificate in Computer Operator and Programming Assistant/Data Preparation and Computer Software provided by the National/State Council of Vocational Training Scheme
OR
Candidate must have acquired a degree/diploma in Computer Science/Computer Application/Information Technology from a duly recognised university or any other institute recognised by the Government of India

Candidate must have acquired a diploma in Computer Science & Electronics/Information Technology from any polytechnic institute recognised by the Government of India
OR
Candidate must have acquired a certificate in Information Technology from Rajasthan Knowledge Corporation Limited that functions under the Vardhaman Mahavir Open University Quota

Physical Eligibility

- Candidate must be physically and mentally fit to be able to successfully carry out the duties assigned to them
- If a candidate is selected for RSMSSB recruitment, they will have to submit their medical certificate issued by the head doctor and medical officer of the district where the candidate resides or a medical issued or medical certificate issued by the medical jurist of the district where the candidate resides

Character

- Candidate must possess a good character in order to be eligible for RSMSSB recruitment
- f a candidate is selected for RSMSSB service allocation, they will be required to submit a character certificate issued by the principal/Education Officer of the university/School/College last attended by the candidate
- Candidate will also have to submit certificates of two such reference persons provided that such certificates were not issued 6 months before the release of the RSMSSB application form and it should also not be issued by any of the candidate’s relatives
