National Institute of Technology Hamirpur offers undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral level programs in various disciplines of Engineering and Architecture. The institute also offers PG and PhD programs in the field of Science and Management.

BTech is the flagship course offered at the NIT Hamirpur. The institute provides engineering programmes BTech and MTech by the Departments of Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science & Engineering. The other departments providing postgraduate courses are Departments of Physics & Photonics Sciences, Chemistry, Mathematics & Scientific Computing, Architecture, Humanities and Social Sciences and Management Studies.
