IIIT Sri City Chittoor Courses: Eligibility, Seat-matrix , Fee structure, Placement statistics and Selection criteria

Institute of Information Technology, Sri City (or IIIT Chittoor) offers undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral level courses to students in areas of engineering and technology. The main courses offered are BTech in Computer Science and Engineering, Artificial Intelligence and Data Science and Electronics and Communication Engineering, MTech in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning and cyber security and PhD in ECE and CSE.

Admission to the BTech at IIIT Sri City, Chittoor is based on the scores of JEE Main exams conducted by NTA. The seats for the BTech programmes are allocated through JoSAA or CSAB counselling. For the MTech admissions, a valid GATE score is mandatory. Similarly, PhD Admissions are based on the scores of the national level entrance examinations. The institute also conducts Personal Interviews for selecting from the shortlisted candidates.
