MPPSC Exam 2025: Mains Date, Admit Card, Syllabus, Pattern, Vacancies

MPPSC Exam 2025: Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission conducts the examination for MPPSC vacancies released for different posts. The MPPSC exam is conducted in three stages: prelims, mains, and interview. The commission releases vacancies for various government service posts every year. MPPSC prelims 2025 result was declared on March 5, 2025. The exam dates for the mains exam will be announced soon. 

The commision has released the MPPPSC exam calender for the year 2026 in online mode. Candidates can check the exam dates 2026 from below. To register for the MPPSC examination, candidates are first required to check the MPPSC eligibility. Candidates can find the eligibility criteria on the official website of the conducting body. Candidates can fill the MPPSC application form online on the official website.

Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission conducts the MPPSC exam for different posts offered under the administration of Madhya Pradesh government. With the successful completion of the mains exam, MPPSC will conduct the interview stage. Once the candidate clears MPPSC interview stage, then a final merit list will be released based on which candidates will be to begin with their duties for the posts they have applied for. 

Latest Updates:

• MPPSC exam calender 2026 was released on December 15, 2025. The MPPSC prelims 2026 is scheduled on April 26, 2026 while the mains exam will be conducted from September 7 to 12, 2026.
• MPPSC mains exam 2025 was not conducted as per schedule. The new exam dates will be announced soon.
• As per the information shared by the Commission, MPPSC SSE mains exam for 2025 session will be held from June 9 to 14, 2025. 
• MPPSC SSE preliminary exam was conducted on February 16, 2025. The result for the same was announced on March 5, 2025 at mppsc.mp.gov.in. 
• MPPSC SSE mains result for 2024 session was also announced on March 5, 2025 at the Commission's official website.

MPPSC Eligibility Criteria 2025

Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission releases the eligibility criteria in the official MPPSC notification. The eligibility criteria contains a number of requirements that candidates must meet.

MPPSC Application Form 2025

After the applicant successfully fulfils the eligibility requirement, candidates will be able to fill the MPPSC application form. The application form is released on the official website and candidates will also allowed to fill the form on the official website. While filling out the application form, candidates need to go through various steps including filling the application form, uploading the documents, and paying the application form. 

MPPSC Admit Card 2025

Candidates who will fill out the application form successfully will be then eligible to download the MPPSC admit card. The hall tickets will be released by the commission on their official website. Candidates need to go to the MPPSC login page in order to download their hall ticket. 

Candidates can download the hall ticket once it is released, using their credentials. Further, if the candidate is found without the hall ticket, then they will not be allowed to enter the examination hall. 

MPPSC Syllabus 2025

The MPPSC exam consists of three parts: the prelims, mains and interview. Each stage's syllabus is different. MPPSC prelims syllabus consists of two subjects including general studies (Objective) and general aptitude test, whereas MPPSC mains syllabus has 5 subjects including four general studies subjects and 2 Hindi subjects. The subjects are as follows - general studies I, general studies II, general studies III, general studies IV, Hindi and Hindi essay.  Candidates can take a look at the following MPPSC syllabus below. 

MPPSC Exam Pattern 2025

Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission releases the MPPSC exam pattern. The main aim of the exam pattern is to shed light on issues such as MPPSC negative marking, exam duration, and other such topics. MPPSC Prelims exam consists of 2 subjects and both the subjects are of 200 marks each, whereas MPPSC Mains exam has 6 subjects and the total marks of MPPSC Mains exam are 1400. On the other hand, MPPSC interview round is 175 marks.  Candidates can take a look at the important points for MPPSC exam pattern below. 

• MPPSC exam pattern for prelims, mains and interview is different. 
• MPPSC prelims exam pattern consists of 100 questions in sections A and B respectively.
• Each question in MPPSC prelims is of 2 marks each
• MPPSC Mains exam pattern consists of 6 subjects
• MPPSC Mains total marks is 1400 
• MPPSC Prelims total marks are 400
• MPPSC interview round is 175 marks 

MPPSC Result 2025

MPPSC releases the result for each examination separately on the official website - mppsc.mp.gov.in. The result for MPPSC Mains 2023 exam is expected to be announced soon. Meanwhile, the MPPSC result for SSE prelims and SFS exam 2024 will be announced after the examination is conducted.
