IBPS RRB PO Result 2025 - The Indian Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has officially declared the IBPS RRB PO mains result 2025 for Officer Scale I, II, and III on the official website - ibps.in on January 21, 2026. Candidates who appeared for the mains examination 2025 can now check and download their result. The IBPS RRB PO mains exam was conducted on December 28, 2025 and candidates can acess their mains result by entering their login credentials such as the registration number/roll number and password and date of birth. The IBPS RRB PO mains result 2025 will only be available to download till January 27, 2026. The RRB PO mains result is released in the form of a scorecard containing details such as the candidate's name, category, marks scored, and cutoff. 

The IBPS RRB prelims exam for Officer Scale 1, 2, and 3 posts was conducted on November 22 and 23, 2025 and the result was released on December 19, 2025. After the exams, aspirants checked their RRB PO result for the prelims exam using registration number and password. Aspirants must note that the scorecard will be released after the announcement of the result. Only candidates who qualify in the prelims were eligible to appear for the mains exam.

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection released the results for the RRB PO prelims exam on the official website - ibps.in. Aspirants who qualified the RRB PO prelims exam appeared for the next stage of the selection process which was mains examination. IBPS RRB Result 2025 - Marking Scheme

To check the result properly, students must know the marking scheme of the RRB PO exam. The same is as follows: 

• Both IBPS RRB PO prelims and mains examination carry each question of 1 mark.
• There is also a negative marking in the examination.
• For each incorrect answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted.
• No negative marking, if the question is unattempted.

IBPS RRB PO Result 2025 - For Officers Scale I

• Candidates must achieve a minimum score in each test of the Online Main Examination to be eligible for shortlisting for the interview. 
• Based on the available vacancies, an adequate number of candidates from each category, not exceeding three times the declared vacancies in each state, will be invited for an interview, provided there are enough qualifying candidates. 
• The scores from the Online Main Examination will not be disclosed to the candidates shortlisted for the interview until the interview process is completed.

IBPS RRB PO Result 2025 - For Officers Scale II and III

• Each candidate will be required to obtain a minimum score in each test of Online Single Examination to be considered to be shortlisted for interview. 
• Depending on the number of vacancies available, adequate number of candidates in each category not exceeding three times of the declared vacancies shall be called for interview, subject to availability. 
• Prior to the completion of the interview process, scores obtained in the Online Main Examination will not be shared with the candidates shortlisted for the interview.

Note: 

• Simply passing the individual tests may not be enough; candidates must also achieve a high total score to be called for the Common Interview or Provisional Allotment based on merit. 
• The decision of IBPS regarding the shortlisting of candidates for the Common Interview or Provisional Allotment will be final.

IBPS RRB Result 2025 - Shortlisting of Candidate

• For the post of Officers Scale I– Marks obtained only in the online main examination will be considered for shortlisting for interview and final merit listing. 
• For the post of Officers Scale II (Generalist and Specialist) and Scale III – Marks obtained in the single-level online examination will be considered for shortlisting for interview and final merit listing.
