IBPS RRB Clerk Exam 2024 - Notification, Registration, Eligibility, Pattern, and Syllabus

IBPS RRB Clerk 2024 - The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) conducts the Regional Rural Banks (RRBS) Clerk examination every year. The exam is conducted for aspiring students who wish to rural banks as Office Assistants (Multipurpose). The basic eligibility criteria for the IBPS RRB Clerk exam 2024 is that the candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised university or institute. 

The IBPS RRB Clerk exam date is August 10, 17, and 18, 2024. Students who have successfully filled out the RRB Clerk registration form can appear for the exam. The conducting body released the IBPS RRB Clerk admit card for registered candidates on August 2, 2024.

Candidates appearing for the clerical exam in regional rural banks must know the IBPS RRB Clerk syllabus and exam pattern. The syllabus for the RRB clerk prelims exam consists of Reasoning and Numerical Ability. The Mains syllabus has some additional subjects such as Computer Knowledge, General Awareness, and English/Hindi Language.

IBPS RRB Clerk Notification 2024

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) released the notification for RRB Clerk at ibps.in. Along with the notification, the registration process for the RRB Clerk exam also started. As per the official information brochure, the RRB Clerk exam is scheduled to be conducted on August 10, 17, and 18, 2024. The admit cards for the same have been released.

IBPS RRB Clerk Eligibility 2024

Candidates preparing for the clerk exam for Regional Rural Banks must fulfil the IBPS Clerk eligibility requirements. The same is given as follows:

Educational Qualification 

• Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.
• Students must have proficiency in the local language as prescribed by the participating RRB
• Working Knowledge of Computer

Age Limit

• Candidates must be between 18 and 28 years of age.
• Candidates should not have been born earlier than 02.06.1996 and later than 01.06.2006 (both dates inclusive)

IBPS RRB Clerk Registration 2024

The IBPS Clerk registration process is conducted online at ibps.in. Only students who meet the required RRB Clerk eligibility criteria can fill out the application form. The candidature is cancelled if found any student does not meet the eligibility requirements set by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS).

IBPS RRB Clerk Exam Pattern 2024

The clerical exam for the Regional Rural Bank is conducted in two phases - Prelims and Mains. Students who pass the RRB Clerk prelims exam will be allowed to take the mains examination. However, the final merit list is prepared on the basis of marks obtained by candidates in the RRB Clerk Mains exam.

IBPS RRB Clerk 2024 - Participating Banks

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) released the list of participating banks that accept aspirants for clerical positions on the basis of the RRB Clerk exam 2024. The list of banks is given as follows: 

IBPS RRB Clerk Vacancy 2024

A total of 5800 vacancies have been released for RRB Clerk exam by IBPS. The highest number of vacancies have been released in Madhya Pradesh followed by Uttar Pradesh.

IBPS RRB Clerk Result 2024

IBPS RRB Clerk prelims result date is September 2024. Students who pass the preliminary exam will be eligible for the RRB Clerk Mains exam 2024. The mains exam is scheduled to be conducted tentatively on October 6, 2024. There is no interview round for RRB Clerk posts. The final merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained by students in the mains examination only.
