  1. Nationality 

According to the official notification, a candidate must be either a citizen of India or a subject of Nepal, Bhutan or a Tibetan refugee who entered India before January 01, 1962, with the intention of permanently settling in India.

A candidate who wishes to appear for the IBPS clerk exam 2024 should have a minimum age of 20-years, whereas the maximum age of a candidate appearing for the banking exam should be 28-years-old. 

NOTE: A candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.07.1995 and not later than 01.07.2004 (both dates inclusive). 

  1. Educational Qualification

Candidates wanting to appear for the IBPS clerk exam 2023 should have a degree preferably graduation in any discipline from a University recognised by the Govt. Of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.
