CAPF Syllabus 2025: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) releases the CAPF syllabus in the official CAPF notification. The notification for upcoming exam session will be released on March 5, 2025. It will contain detailed information on the CAPF syllabus including subject-wise topics. 

Candidates must have the CAPF syllabus PDF to ensure they do not miss any topic while studying for the exam. CAPF Syllabus 2025

The CAPF written exam consists of two papers: (i) General Ability & Intelligence and (ii) General Studies, Essay & Comprehension. The syllabus for the same is outlined in the CAPF notification. Aspirants must make their CAPF study plan keeping in mind the topics that are included in the CAPF syllabus. 

It is important that candidates cover every topic mentioned in the syllabus to crack the CAPF exam 2025. CAPF Syllabus 2025: Written Exam

The CAPF written exam consists of Paper I & Paper II. The CAPF Paper I is General Ability & Intelligence which has objective type questions, while the CAPF Paper II is General Studies, Essay & Comprehension which includes subjective questions.

CAPF Syllabus for Paper II

The CAPF Paper II, which is General Studies, Essay & Comprehension, is divided into two parts: Part A & Part B. The Part A of Paper II includes essay questions which are to be answered in the long narrative form either in Hindi or English. The Part B of Paper II will include Comprehension, précis writing, and other communications/language questions. The detailed syllabus for CAPF Paper II is tabulated below:

CAPF PET 2025

Candidates will be invited to take the CAPF Physical Efficiency Test (PET) if they pass the CAPF written exam. Following a physical efficiency evaluation by the CAPF PET, candidates will undergo a medical standard test. Prior to PET, it would also be confirmed whether or not the candidates met the necessary physical standards.

CAPF 2025: Interview/Personality Test

Candidates who pass the CAPF AC written exam and PET are qualified to take the interview and personality test. The CAPF interview carries 150 marks. The Union Public Service Commission will inform candidates who have passed the Medical Standard Tests to schedule an interview and personality test.

Interviews and personality tests will be required of candidates who have been deemed medically unfit but are still allowed to appear before a "Review Medical Board."
