• Only Indian Nationals are eligible for applying.
• Candidates will be shortlisted for the position of Executive Trainee in the mentioned disciplines based on their GATE 2026 scores and specific requirements. It is important to remember that only GATE 2026 scores will be considered for this recruitment. Scores from GATE 2025 or earlier will not be accepted.
• As per the official notification, candidates must meet certain minimum educational qualifications to be eligible for the Executive Trainee position. • Candidates who completed their Engineering degree (including a 5-year BE/B.Tech + ME/M.Tech integrated dual degree) or MCA degree in 2025, or those in the final year (2025-26) of these courses, are eligible to apply for the Executive Trainee position in E-2 grade as per the disciplines listed in the table above.
• Candidates who completed their Engineering degree (including a 5-year BE/B.Tech + ME/M.Tech integrated dual degree) or MCA degree in 2025 must have achieved at least 65% marks if they belong to the General/EWS/OBC (NCL) category, and at least 60% marks if they belong to the SC/ST/PwBD category.
• Candidates in the final year (2025-26) of their Engineering degree (including a 5-year BE/B.Tech + ME/M.Tech integrated dual degree) or MCA degree must have secured at least 65% marks in aggregate up to the last semester if they belong to the General/EWS/OBC(NCL) category, and at least 60% marks in aggregate if they belong to the SC/ST/PwBD category.
• The maximum age limit for Executive Trainee positions in all disciplines is 26 years. However, the age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC (NCL) candidates. For PwBD candidates, the relaxation is 10 years for General/EWS, 13 years for OBC (NCL), and 15 years for SC/ST.
