The Indian Institute of Information Technology Una is situated in Saloh village, Himachal Pradesh was established in the year 2014 with the formation of 20 IIITs by the Government of India under the Public-Private-Partnership. The campus is fully furnished with great infrastructure facilities, working from its permanent campus in Himachal Pradesh.

The institute offers B.Tech on the Undergraduate level in disciplines like CSE ECE,  and IT. While on the postgraduate level M. Library: A central library spread across two huge buildings caters to the academic and research-based needs of the students of IIIT Una. More than 80 thousand books are made available in the college library with the newly established building capable of accommodating 500 students at a time. The library also has reading rooms for individuals.

Hostel: A total of 12 hostels are made available by IIIT Una facilitating accommodation facilities for its students. Each hostel has a separate mess, gym room, and space for recreational activities. Amenities like wifi connectivity, water, and electricity supply along with solar panels are also made available for the students 24/7.

Sports Facilities: IIIT Una provides its students with a range of outdoor and indoor sports facilities to promote their overall well-being. The institution is working towards developing more sports facilities like Athletic tracks, cricket, basketball, badminton, volleyball, football, and tennis courts to be built soon within the campus premises.

Health Care Centre: Medical facilities with a health care center are built on the college campus consisting of a doctor and pharmaceutical assistant to cater to all kinds of health-related issues of the individuals.
