ISRO Exam Pattern & Selection Process 2023
The selection process for the post of ISRO Assistant, Upper Division Clerk, Junior Personal Assistant & Stenographer can be divided into the following stages:
Stage 1: Written Test
- Exam consisting of only objective-type questions, with a time limit of 120 minutes, plus extra time for candidates with disabilities as needed

Stage 2: Skill Test
On the basis of the candidate’s performance in the written test, candidates will be shortlisted for the Skill Test:
- General category: Candidates will be shortlisted for the skill test in the ratio of 1:5 (maximum) to the number of vacancies in the general category, with a minimum of 10 candidates
- Reserved categories: Candidates from reserved categories will be shortlisted for the skill test in the ratio of 1:5 (maximum) to the number of vacancies in the reserved categories, regardless of whether any reserved candidates have been shortlisted under the general category

Stage 3: Final Selection
