UPSC CMS Result 2024 Released at upsc.gov.in; Check how to download merit list

UPSC CMS Result 2024 has been declared today, July 30 at upsc.gov.in. Candidates who appeared for the exam can now check the merit list online. Qualified candidates will be eligible to appear for UPSC CMS personality test.

UPSC CMS Result 2024: The Union Public Service Commission has released the result for UPSC CMS exam 2024 today, July 30, 2024. Candidates who appeared for the Combined Medical Services exam can now check the merit list released online at upsc.gov.in. To check if candidates have qualified, they will require their exam roll number.

The UPSC CMS result contains roll numbers of the qualified candidates. Those who qualify in the CMS paper 1 will be eligible to appear for the UPSC CMS personality test. Dates for the personality test will be announced soon at the official website.

How to check UPSC CMS result 2024?

Candidates who appeared for the UPSC CMS exam can check their paper 1 results by following the instructions given below:

Step 1: Visit the official website – upsc.gov.in

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the link for UPSC CMS result 2024

Step 3: Now, candidates will be redirected to a new page with the UPSC CMS merit list PDF

Step 4: Click on the PDF link

Step 5: The PDF will consist of the shortlisted candidate’s roll numbers

Step 6: Look through the list and find your roll number

If the list does not have a candidate’s roll number, it implies that they have not qualified for the personality test round. 

UPSC CMS Personality Test 2024

Candidates who have qualified in the first round will be eligible for the UPSC CMS personality test. The dates for UPSC CMS personality test will be announced soon at the official website – upsc.gov.in. The UPSC CMS personality test carries 100 marks. Candidates are tested on the grounds of general knowledge, academic field, and their nature of personality. Examiners judge the candidates based on their traits including intellectual curiosity, alertness of mind, balance of judgement, integrity of character, leadership capabilities, and social cohesion. 

What after UPSC CMS result 2024?

UPSC CMS exam is for jobs including medical officer, general duty medical officer, and assistant division medical officer. Candidates who qualify in the personality test will be allotted posts based on their marks obtained in UPSC CMS final result. Candidates who do not qualify can appear for the UPSC CMS computer based exam in the next session.
