BITSOM Mumbai Placement 2024 - MBA Placement, Average Salary, Internships, and Top Recruiters

BITSOM Placements 2024: The BITS School of Management Mumbai has recently concluded its summer placements for the year 2024. However, the placement statistics for the year 2024 are yet to be released by the institution. During BITSOM placement 2023, the institution witnessed the highest placement package of INR 50.10 LPA, while the average salary offered to the MBA class of 2021-2023 stood at INR 23.85 LPA. Students bagged job opportunities from prominent companies like Deloitte, Accenture, EY, Aditya Birla Group, Pidilite, JP Morgan, Hindustan Unilever, and many more.

The MBA batch of 2023 consists a total of 138 students out of which 135 students secured placement from the institution and a total of 132 students were given final job letters. 69% of the class secured placement packages above INR 20 Lakhs. The median CTC offered was INR 23 lakhs. During BITSOM placement 2023, job offers were made in diverse sectors like Consulting, BFSI, FMCG, Media, Retail & Marketing, IT & Product, Manufacturing, and others.

During BITSOM summer placements 2024, the institution witnessed commendable growth in its highest stipend offered with more than 50% of the participating students securing internships with a stipend of more than 2 lakhs and above. The highest stipend offered stood at INR 4.50 lakhs while the average stipend witnessed was INR 1.75 lakhs. The institute witnessed a 100% placement rate by successfully providing internship opportunities to all of its MBA-enrolled students in diverse sectors.

The institution has successfully concluded its summer placements for the year 2024 ensuring a 100% placement rate. A range of internship opportunities was provided to individuals in sectors like FMCG/FMCD/Retail/ Media & Advertising/IT/E-commerce/Telecom/Manufacturing, and others. As per the BITSOM summer placement report 2024, 50% of the participating students secured internship opportunities with a stipend of 2 lakhs and above. Every year the institution conducts its summer placement for students enrolled in diverse MBA specialisations at BITSOM.
