MPPSC Exam 2024: Exam Dates, Application Form, Admit Card, Syllabus & Pattern

MPPSC Exam 2024: Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission conducts the examination for MPPSC vacancies released for different posts. The MPPSC exam is conducted in three stages: prelims, mains, and interview. The commission releases vacancies for various government service posts every year.

Further, to appear for the exam in future, candidates are first required to check the MPPSC eligibility. Candidates can find the eligibility criteria on the official website of the conducting body. Candidates can fill the MPPSC application form online on the official website. Only the candidates who will fill the application form will be eligible to get MPPSC admit card.

Latest Updates:

• As per the latest notification, the MPPSC PSC prelims and State Forest Service Exam have been postponed due to Lok Sabha Elections. Earlier the exams were scheduled to be held on April 28, 2024. However, now the PSC will be conducted on June 23, 2024. The SFS mains exam will be held on June 30, 2024.
• The MPPSC Admit Card for State Service Prelims exam will be made available from June 12, 2024 at the official website. Meanwhile, the hall ticket for SFS mains exam will be available on June 23, 2024. 

MPPSC Exam 2024

Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission conducts the MPPSC exam for different posts offered under the administration of Madhya Pradesh government. With the successful completion of the mains exam, MPPSC will conduct the interview stage. 

Once the candidate clears MPPSC interview stage, then a final merit list will be released based on which candidates will be to begin with their duties for the posts they have applied for.

MPPSC Eligibility Criteria 2024

Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission releases the eligibility criteria in the official MPPSC notification. The eligibility criteria contains a number of requirements that candidates must meet.

• Nationality 

MPPSC Application Form 2024

After the applicant successfully fulfils the eligibility requirement, candidates will be able to fill the MPPSC application form. The application form is released on the official website and candidates will also allowed to fill the form on the official website. The registration for MPPSC SSE mains exam started on February 15 and concluded on February 21, 2024.  While filling out the application form, candidates need to go through various steps including filling the application form, uploading the documents, and paying the application form. 

MPPSC Admit Card 2024

Candidates who will fill out the application form successfully will be then eligible to download the MPPSC admit card. The hall tickets will be released by the commission on their official website. Candidates need to go to the MPPSC login page in order to download their hall ticket. As per the latest update, the MPPSC admit card for SSE prelims and SFS exam will be released on June 12, 2024.

Candidates can download the hall ticket once it is released, using their credentials. Further, if the candidate is found without the hall ticket, then they will not be allowed to enter the examination hall. 

MPPSC Syllabus 2024

The MPPSC exam consists of three parts: the prelims, mains and interview. Each stage's syllabus is different. MPPSC prelims syllabus consists of two subjects including general studies (Objective) and general aptitude test, whereas MPPSC mains syllabus has 5 subjects including four general studies subjects and 2 Hindi subjects. The subjects are as follows - general studies I, general studies II, general studies III, general studies IV, Hindi and Hindi essay.  Candidates can take a look at the following MPPSC syllabus below. 

MPPSC Exam Pattern 2024

Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission releases the MPPSC exam pattern. The main aim of the exam pattern is to shed light on issues such as MPPSC negative marking, exam duration, and other such topics. MPPSC Prelims exam consists of 2 subjects and both the subjects are of 200 marks each, whereas MPPSC Mains exam has 6 subjects and the total marks of MPPSC Mains exam are 1400. On the other hand, MPPSC interview round is 175 marks.  Candidates can take a look at the important points for MPPSC exam pattern below. 

• MPPSC exam pattern for prelims, mains and interview is different. 
• MPPSC prelims exam pattern consists of 100 questions in sections A and B respectively.
• Each question in MPPSC prelims is of 2 marks each
• MPPSC Mains exam pattern consists of 6 subjects
• MPPSC Mains total marks is 1400 
• MPPSC Prelims total marks are 400
• MPPSC interview round is 175 marks 

MPPSC Result 2024 

MPPSC releases the result for each examination separately on the official website - mppsc.mp.gov.in. The result for MPPSC Mains 2023 exam is expected to be announced soon. Meanwhile, the MPPSC result for SSE prelims and SFS exam 2024 will be announced after the examination is conducted. 

MPPSC Previous Year's Cut Off 

Along with the results, MPPSC also released the MPPSC Prelims cut off 2023. The cut-off is released in the PDF format. Candidates can visit the official website to check the cut off. MPPSC prelims cut off for female is 158, whereas MPPSC prelims cut off for general is 160. Candidates should know that the MPPSC cut off is released separately for each stage.
