After the announcement of the result, NTA will also release the JEE Main Cut off 2024. The cut off score will decide whether the candidate is eligible for JEE Advanced exam or not. However, students who wish to get admission to NITs, IIITs, and GFTIs do not have to appear for JEE Advanced and can directly appear for JoSAA Counselling 2024.

Candidates who have already accepted a seat but wish to revoke their acceptance may do so by showing up at the institute they have been assigned to before the final round of JEE Main 2024 seat allocation.
