GATE Result 2025 – The Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee has announced the GATE result date which will be released on March 19, 2025. Candidates will be able to download their GATE scorecard on gate2025.iitr.ac.in. from March 28, 2025 onwards. To check their scorecard, aspirants need to enter their enrollment number and password. The GATE scorecard will include details such as candidates’ marks, All India Rank, GATE qualifying marks, and more.
Candidates are advised to download the GATE scorecard within the stipulated period. It must be noted that downloading a scorecard after May 31 will incur a fee of Rs 500 per test paper until December 31, 2025. GATE 2025 scorecard holds significant importance, being valid for three years from the date of result announcement, i.e. until March 19, 2028.

GATE Result 2025 – Validity of GATE Scorecard
Candidates can download the scorecard from March 28, 2025, onwards till May 31. After that, they can download the GATE scorecard with a payment of INR 500 per paper till December 31, 2025. The validity of the GATE scorecard is three years from the declaration of the result. However, it must be noted that validity varies as per the discipline, available vacancies and candidates’ category. A valid GATE score opens the door to several opportunities.
Postgraduate Admissions: Candidates can seek admission to Master of Technology (M.Tech) programs at prestigious institutions like IITs and NITs. The score is a crucial criterion in the centralized counseling process.
