CLAT 2024 Exam Pattern: The Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) has revised the CLAT 2024 UG exam pattern. As per the official notification, the undergraduate (UG) CLAT 2024 exam will have 120 questions instead of 150 questions as in previous years. However, as in previous years, the candidates will have two hours to take the test.
The 120 questions will, however, continue to be divided into five sections: English Language, Current Affairs and General Knowledge, Legal Reasoning, Logical Reasoning, and Quantitative Techniques. Read More: CLAT Exam Pattern 2024
The consortium has also announced that there will be no change in the syllabus and number of questions for the postgraduate (PG) CLAT 2024 exam. Also Check: CLAT Syllabus 2024
The Consortium has introduced this change in the CLAT UG exam pattern to make CLAT a more student-friendly examination.
The Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) is a national-level law entrance exam for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes offered by 22 National Law Universities in India. The CLAT exam is conducted by the Consortium of National Law Universities every year. The CLAT exam is also used by several other universities and organisations for admissions and recruitment.
The application process for the CLAT 2024 exam began on July 1, 2023. The last date to apply for the entrance exam is November 3, 2023. The 2024 CLAT exam will be conducted on December 3, 2023.
