TNAU Admissions 2025: Admission to Tamil Nadu Agricultural University is accepted both on an entrance and merit basis. Natives of Tamil Nadu can apply directly on the counselling portal available on the university website to seek admission across UG courses, other state students have to appear in the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) examination. For admission to PG-level programmes students are selected on GAT-B entrance exam scores and the TNAU PG entrance exam.
13 UG level courses, 40 graduate degree programs, and 26 doctoral programs across 14 colleges of TNAU spread all over Tamil Nadu are offered by TNAU with its 36 research centers for the development of agricultural technology and 14 Farm Science Centers for outreach.
