SSC GD Constable Vacancy 2025: 39,481 vacancies released

SSC GD Vacancy 2025: The Staff Selection Commission has released the official notification for SSC GD 2025 exam today at ssc.gov.in. Candidates interested in appearing for the SSC GD exam can check the post-wise number of vacancies for the upcoming exam session. This year, the total number of SSC GD vacancies has decreased from 46,617 to 39,481. 

The SSC GD vacancy count for male candidates is 35,612 while for female candidates, the total number of vacancies is 3869. The SSC GD application form will also be made available today onwards at the official website. Candidates will be able to register for the examination till October 14, 2024.

As per the latest notification for SSC GD vacancies, this year 36,612 vacancies have opened for male candidates, while 3869 vacancies are for females. Exam pattern for SSC GD 2025 recruitment

The SSC GD recruitment process is conducted in three rounds. The first round is a computer based examination. Candidates who qualify in CBT will be eligible for SSC GD PET or Physical Eligibility Test. Those candidates who pass the PET will have to appear for DME or Detailed Medical Examination and Document Verification. Check the SSC GD exam pattern for CBT round 1 below:
