NATA 2025 Exam - The Council of Architecture conducts the NATA exam every year for aspiring students who wish to secure admission to undergraduate architecture programs in different colleges and institutes. Candidates can appear for a maximum of three times for the NATA exam in one academic year. To be eligible for NATA 2025, candidates must have passed or appearing in Class 12 with PCM subjects. Students in Class 11 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics can also apply for the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) exam.

NATA registration will start tentatively in March 2025. The complete schedule along with the information brochure will be released soon by the Council of Architecture on its official website - nata.in. If a student is willing to appear for the single NATA test, then he may be required to pay INR 1750 for successful registration. Applicants from the reserved category and female candidates are given concessions in the application fee.

NATA Eligibility Criteria 2025

The eligibility criteria for the NATA exam are described below: 

  • Passed or appearing in 10+1 Examination with PCM Subjects
  • Passed or appearing in 10+2 Examination with PCM subjects
  • Passed or appearing in 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as subjects

Candidates must note that NATA is only the qualifying examination; For final admission, students have to clear the cut-off separately for their preferred college.

The Council of Architecture releases the NATA results on its official website for candidates who appeared for the exam. The result of the NATA exam is released in the form of a scorecard containing the candidates’ personal and exam details. The scorecard will specify the rank obtained by the candidate.

On the basis of the NATA rank, participating colleges invite students for the counselling round. The final admission is granted on the basis of NATA cut off releases separately by participating institutes.
