Sharda University was established in 2009, and it is a renowned private university located in greater noida, Uttar Pradesh.

Sharda University is approved by the UGC, State Government, MCI, AIU, DCI, PCI, COA, INC, Council of Architecture, BCI, and others. The University was established under the Sharda Group of Institutions and accredited by NAAC with A+ Grade.

The Sharda University Nodia is a member of the association of commonwealth Universities.Sharda University Greater Noida is ranked 86 for University by the NIRF 2024.

The University has also been ranked 8th in TOI Ranking for Engineering Institute with research capability. Sharda University Delhi, through 14 schools of study, offers UG, PG, Doctoral, Diploma, certificate, and Integrated courses to students across the Engineering, Dental, Agriculture, and various other streams.

The University conducts its own entrance exam, Sharda University Admission Test (SUAT), for admission to major courses. The University also accepts national tests such as JEE, CLAT, CAT, MAT, XAT, NATA AND NEET.

Sharda University campus hosts a wide variety of exceptional facilities to create an environment. Various cafes, restaurants, spaces for conferences and meetings, special events, receptions and athletic competitions, sports center opportunities for people at every level of fitness.

Library

The Library is housed in spacious halls, the librarians are well stocked with textbooks, technical journals, periodicals and references material for advanced research and development work. Library facilities include a subscription to DELNET and other internet librarians. 

• Library Timing: Monday to Friday: 8:35 AM to 10:00 PM
• Working Saturdays: (1st, 3rd and 5th Saturday) - 8:35 AM to 7:00 PM

• During Examination: (Monday to Friday) Upto 12 Midnight

Book Circulation Timing: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM 

Hostels

The University provides accommodation to students on a first come first served basis. The campus is fully residential and extends an environment full of opportunities for personal growth. The hostel offers excellent lodging and boarding facilities to cater to the needs of both male and female students. Every hostel is supervised by a warden and a faculty in charge, who ensures the utmost care is taken to provide the best amenities to the students.

Sharda University has 5 big auditoriums to promote the conduct of international, national and other university events such as conferences, workshops, seminars, meetings, placements programmes and cultural events. All auditoriums are well furnished, air - conditioned and merged with a modern projection and audio system with access to the internet.

Transportation Facilities

Sharda University situated in Greater Nodia is well - connected with the national capital. It offers transport facilities to its students and faculty members on very nominal charges. The buses go on different routes of Delhi, Nodia, and other NCR areas to pick and drop the students.

Sharda University houses a fleet of various emergency vans and ambulances for urgent situations. Each ambulance is fully equipped, medications, and stretchers to carry the ill or injuries.
