Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management (LBSIM), Delhi offers a two-year PGDM degree in six specialisations in Financial Management, Research and Business Analytics, E-Business, Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, and Business Administration. LBSIM also offers a four-year Fellow Program Management program for working and non-working fellows.

PGDM General is the flagship program of the institute. The program is accorded an MBA equivalent by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) and is accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA). LBSIM admission to the PGDM program mandates candidates to have a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% marks. Candidates also require a valid CAT/XAT/GMAT score.

PGDM Financial Management program is also accorded along with PGDM General with an MBA equivalent by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) and is accredited by the National Board Accreditation (NBA).

PGDM Research & Business Analytics is a two-year diploma graduate program. The program covers multiple domains of management such as Statistics, spreadsheet modeling, Business Communication, etc.
