Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management (LBSIM), Delhi is a premier and dynamic Management and Information Technology Education institute. The campus is located in Dwarka, New Delhi. The institute has state-of-the-art infrastructural facilities which are equipped with a splendid auditorium, a huge library, and an open-air theatre. LBSIM  has been placed in the rank band of 101-125 by NIRF 2024. The institute has received accreditations from the National Board of Accreditation (NBA) and is a member of the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). 

LBSIM  offers a total of six PGDM courses in different specialisations. These courses are PGDM General, PGDM Financial Management, PGDM Research & Business Analytics, PGDM E-Business, PGDM Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, and PGDM Business Administration. The institute also offers a degree in Fellow Program Management (FPM).

LBSIM  offers PGDM General as its flagship program. For admission to PGDM, candidates should have a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% marks. Candidates should also qualify for national-level entrance exams like CAT/XAT/GMAT. The selection process also includes group discussion followed by a personal interview. The fee structure for PGDM General is  INR 15,50,200 for the general category and INR 20,65,400 for the corporate-sponsored category students.

In terms of placement, LBSIM  has witnessed an improvement in the diversity of recruiters and the job profiles offered to students in the past few years. LBSIM  placement 2024 report for the academic year 2022-24 shows that the average salary offered by the recruiters was INR 12.24 LPA with the highest salary package of INR 16.67 LPA. LBSIM  Admission

LBSIM  admission in different courses are solely dependent on entrance-based. For the PGDM program, candidates must have a bachelor's degree with a minimum grade point average of 2.0 to be eligible for the PGDM program at LBSIM. They should also have a CAT, XAT, or GMAT scorecard and then do a group discussion and a personal interview. The past academic records, written analysis tests, group discussions, and personal interviews will be considered when making a final decision. 

LBSIM ’s FPM program mandates candidates to take the institute's in-house test, give a presentation of their research proposal or motivation, and participate in a panel interview.

LBSIM ’s campus has a well-equipped gym, TT room, and badminton court. DDA Sports Complex, Dwarka is being utilized for various sports events organised by the institute. The institute also has a well-furnished cafeteria that is open to students throughout the week from 8 a.m.-8 p.m. In terms of medical facilities, LBSIM  has one male and one female doctor who visits the campus regularly. The institute has a tie-up with Ayushman Hospital, Venkanteshwara Hospital, and Manipal Hospital. In addition to this, the institute also offers an ambulance facility and other emergency treatment. LBSIM also provides separate AC Residences for men and women. For commuting purposes, the institute has transportation arrangements as well.
