NEET UG 2025: The National Testing Agency is going to conduct the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test or NEET UG on May 4, 2025 (Sunday). Candidates appearing in the medical entrance examination are advised to begin taking mock tests for their final preparation. As per the NEET UG exam pattern, Biology section is divided into two parts: Zoology and Botany.
To score well in the NEET UG exam, students should follow a section wise strategy while revising all the important topics. The Biology section in NEET UG will consist of 90 questions, further divided into 45 questions for Botany and Zoology each.

- For complex processes and detailed concepts like photosynthesis and plant growth hormones, make flowcharts to simplify and understand the topics in Botany.
- Practice label-based diagram questions. To memorize the diagrams with their labels, use flashcards.
- Revise scientific names, definitions, families and classification systems regularly.

- Human Physiology topics such as Digestion, Circulation, and Breathing have high weightage in Zoology. Focus on these areas and related topics.
