ICAI CA Final Exams 2025: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or ICAI will now conduct CA Final exams three times instead of twice in one year. On Thursday, ICAI released an official notice regarding the change introduced in the CA Final exam schedule. With this change, all three levels of CA exams, Foundation, Intermediate, and Final, will be held thrice a year.
CA. Charanjot Singh Nanda, President, ICAI said “these epoch-making decisions will significantly benefit both students and members, offering them enhanced opportunities for success.” The Council’s decision will ensure that students and professionals both have “abundant opportunities to excel in their careers.” The upcoming session for ICAI CA exams will be held in May 2025.
CA Final Exams 2025 May Session Dates
The ICAI CA exams 2025 (Final) will be conducted thrice a year. The upcoming CA Final exam dates are provided in the table below:

ICAI CA Final Admit Card 2025
The ICAI CA admit card for Final exams (May session) will be released a few days before the exams. Candidates can expect the hall tickets to be released in the last week of April, 2025.
Once released, candidates will be able to download their hall tickets by visiting the official website, icai.org. To access the hall tickets, candidates will be required to enter their credentials including their user ID and password.
