HP Police Recruitment 2024: The Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (HPPSC) has released a short notification announcing recruitment opportunities for 1088 Constable Posts in various departments. Eligible candidates can apply online for these posts through the official website, hppsc.hp.gov.in. The last date to apply for HP Police Recruitment 2024 is October 31, 2024.
Candidates participating in the selection process will undergo rigorous rounds such as Physical Measurement Test (PMT)/Physical Endurance Test (PET) and a Written Test. According to the notification released by Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission, a total of 1088 posts are available for the post of Constable, 708 are for male constables and 380 are for female constables, both for specialised duties. The pay scale for these roles is between Rs. 20,200 and Rs. 64,000, as per the Himachal Pradesh Police Department’s 2024 recruitment rules. HP Police Recruitment 2024: Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility requirements for male and female candidates differ for HP Police Recruitment 2024. HPPSC has set certain education qualification criteria as well as physical standards that must be met by candidates who wish to join the HP Police Department.
- All candidates must have completed their 10+2.
- All candidates belonging to the General/EWS category must fall between the ages of 18 to 26 years. Age relaxation has been provided to some candidates based on their category.
