COMEDK Counselling 2024 – The seat allotments for First round of counselling will be released today, July 12. Candidates can download the Online Allotment Letter by visiting the official website – comedk.org.

COMEDK Seat Allotment 2024 – The Consortium of Medical, Engineering, and Dental Colleges of Karnataka is set to release the provisional seat allotments for round 1 of COMEDK counselling today, July 12, 2024 at 3 PM in the online mode. Candidates can check the status of seat allocation through the official website – comedk.org.

If satisfied with the allotted choice, candidates can confirm their admission and pay the fee online within the stipulated time, that is, till July 18, 2024 (4 PM). The seats are allotted on the basis of rank obtained by the candidate in COMEDK 2024, his/her preferences and availability of seats. 

After downloading the online allotment letter and paying the requisite fee, candidates must report to the allotted institute to confirm their seats. The reporting can be done from July 13 till July 19, 2024. Candidates who are not satisfied with the allotted seats can wait for the subsequent rounds of COMEDK Counselling 2024

COMEDK Seat Allotment 2024 – How to check?

To check the status of seat allotments, candidates can follow the steps given below:

  • Visit the official website – comedk.org.
  • Click on ‘Applicant login’ and login using your credentials.
  • Once logged in, select the ‘Decision Making’ tab in applicant login page
  • Scroll down and click on 1st Round details.
  • Check the name of college and course, Preference Order number, seat category and total fee of the allotted college.
  • Download the online allotment letter for future reference. 

COMEDK Counselling 2024 – What after seat allotment?

After seats are allotted, candidates can exercise one of the following options:

  • Accept and Freeze – You are satisfied with the allotted college and willing to complete the reporting process. Candidates who select this option will no longer participate in the subsequent rounds. 
  • Accept and Upgrade – You are satisfied with the allotted college but wish to participate in the next counselling round. 
  • Reject and Upgrade – You are not satisfied with the allotted seat but wish to participate in the next round for allotment of higher preferences. 
  • Reject and Withdraw – You are not satisfied with the seat allotment and do not wish to participate in the following rounds.

NOTE – All candidates who select ‘Accept & Freeze’ option will be required to report in person to the allotted college by downloading their Online Allotment letter and fee payment receipt as per date mentioned.
