How to retrieve CAT user ID and Password
There are times when candidates end up forgetting the CAT user ID and password. If a candidate faces the same query, then here’s how the candidate can retrieve the CAT user ID and password.
Step 1: Candidates need to visit the CAT website
Step 2: Now, on the homepage, candidates need to locate the tab which reads ‘Candidate login’
Step 3: Once the candidate clicks on the website a new page will be wherein candidates need to enter their credentials
Step 4: However, this is the phase where if a candidate has forgotten their ID and password, then they need to click on ‘Forgot Password’ which will be given below
Step 5: Now, a new page will open where the candidate needs to enter their email ID where they want to receive the link to rest their password and the given captcha
Step 6: Candidates will now receive a mail on the given mail ID where they will get a link to reset their password.
Step 7: Once the password has been reset candidates can log in using the new ID and password.
NOTE: Candidates are advised to write their changed ID and password to use it in future.
