Bihar Police Constable Exam 2023 Revised Date: The Central Selection Board of Constables (CSBC), Bihar is yet to announce the revised exam dates for the Bihar Police constable recruitment 2023 exam.
The board had cancelled the Bihar Police Constable Recruitment 2023 exam conducted on October 1, due to a massive cheating scandal. Many candidates were caught cheating with electronic devices during the exam. In light of this incident, the CSBC also postponed the written exams scheduled for October 7 and 15, until further notice.
CSBC released the recruitment notification on June 8, 2023 on its official website. The Bihar Police Constable 2023 online application process began on June 20, 2023. The last date to apply was July 20, 2023. The admit card was released on the official CSBC website on September 11, 2023. The Bihar Police Constable selection process consists of four stages:
- Written test: Candidates must pass the written test to be eligible for the next stage
- Physical fitness test: The physical fitness test is divided into three events: running, shot put, and long jump. Candidates must pass each event individually
- The final merit list is prepared on the basis of the candidate’s performance in the physical fitness test only
- Document verification: Successful candidates must then appear for document verification to ensure that they meet all eligibility requirements
- Medical examination: Successful candidates must also pass a medical examination to be considered for the post
