SPA Delhi offers two undergraduate programmes: Bachelor of Architecture and

Bachelor of Planning. Graduates from both programmes have diverse career opportunities in public and private sectors, as well as options for advanced studies.

  • Bachelor of Architecture (5-year programme) focuses on architectural design, technical skills, and interdisciplinary knowledge.
  • Bachelor of Planning (4-year programme) prepares students to manage human settlements in urban and regional development.

SPA Delhi offers specialised two-year Master's programmes in full-time mode, including:

  • Master of Architecture specialisations: Architectural Conservation, Urban Design, Landscape Architecture
  • Master of Building Engineering and Management
  • Master of Design in Industrial Design
  • Master of Planning specialisations: Environmental Planning, Housing, Regional Planning, Transport Planning, Urban Planning
